1. ORGANIZER IDENTIFICATION These terms and conditions generally regulate participation in sweepstakes and contests organized by PLV as a Service SL (B85925956), with registered office at Avenida Hernán Núñez de Toledo 14, 101, 29018 Málaga, through its official social media profiles.

2. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES PUBLICATION These General Terms and Conditions are complemented by the specific conditions detailed in the specific publication of each sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes Post"). This Post will indicate:

- The exact participation mechanics.

- The start and end date.

- The prize to be awarded. In case of contradiction between these General Terms and Conditions and what is indicated in the Sweepstakes Post, the latter shall prevail.

3. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS Natural persons over 18 years of age residing in Spain (unless the Post specifies another geographical area) may participate. Fake profiles, bots, or accounts created for the sole purpose of competing will be excluded. Employees of PLV as a Service SL may not participate.

4. WINNER SELECTION Unless the contest mechanics indicate otherwise (e.g., merit-based contest or jury), winners will be chosen using certified random selection platforms (such as AppSorteos, EasyPromos, etc.).

5. PRIZES AND TAXATION The prize will be as described in the publication. It will not be redeemable for cash. In accordance with IRPF (Personal Income Tax) regulations, prizes with a value exceeding €300 are subject to a 19% tax withholding, which will be managed by PLV as a Service SL in accordance with current law.

6. DATA PROTECTION Participants' data will be processed by PLV as a Service SL solely to manage the sweepstakes. The winner's data will be necessary for sending the prize. Once the promotion and legal deadlines have ended, the data will be deleted. The interested party can exercise their ARCO rights at the company's address.

7. IMAGE RIGHTS Participants accept that their username may be published on PLV as a Service SL's social media to announce the winner, thus guaranteeing the transparency of the sweepstakes.

8. APPLICABLE LAW For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga, Spain.

9. SOCIAL NETWORKS The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok. The participant exempts these platforms from all liability.
